1. Service Cancellation:
Once a service or subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled midway since setup and resource allocation begin immediately after payment.
If a cancellation request is raised before service activation, the customer can contact our support team within 24 hours of payment to request cancellation.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued only in cases where payment has been deducted but the service has not been initiated or delivered due to technical issues on our side.
Refunds are not applicable for successfully activated services, API setups, digital products, or marketing campaigns.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
